Attitude clothing is an established online retailer selling Alternative clothing to an international client base. They're huge! Strawberrysoup was commissioned to rebuild their existing e-commerce platform and content management system giving them a brand overhaul as well as a website which more closely resembled ASOS and other successful e-retailers. This was a massive task, taking over 8 months, I was part of a 4 man team who was tasked with adding the complex additional functionality, which Attitude clothing required. Git version control was absolutely essential, with each member of the team coding on separate Feature Branches, we avoided many of the problems...

Strawberrysoup were approached by two brothers who had built their property business around doing what others wouldn't, providing properties to tenants collecting housing benefits. Their idea was simple, a national resource for tenants and estate agents. The service grew rapidly and now deals with feeds from thousands of estate agents around the country. The project was no small undertaking for Strawberrysoup and prompted an approach requiring their CMS and framework to be rewritten from the ground up. Taking the most modern approach whilst allowing the flexibility needed for all further development, I was part of a 5 man team building...

Chichester 1 is a simple business directory – but the number 1 place to be found in Chichester. I and Access by Design were getting a little tired of those generic local directories that dictated high costs and gave very little control. The site was designed to do one thing, promote local businesses, by giving them their own profile page on the site, their administration section where all their details were editable anywhere and at anytime. When it was finished, we had a think about how we could take it further and added the events management section. This allows every...

Nichola Adams, owner of the London based Corrigo ergonomic chair company, already had a website, however it did not meet the needs of her ever expanding business. This fully e-commerce enabled website must also allow its owner to edit all content, creating employees user accounts and maintaining the site from day 1. With one of the worlds most customisable chairs this site was planned in the finest detail to make sure nothing was missed. The Corrigo website needed to not only sell this amazing chair but make it possible to select just the options the user wished from a central bank...

Website Lite is a customisable web package that allows clients to cheaply and easily set up a simple,  professional website which reflects the tone of their business. I and Access by Design had long wished to help the businesses of Chichester and West Sussex to find their feed online, but bills have to be paid and time is literally money. Most Small businesses in West Sussex and Hampshire do not need an all singing and dancing website, but a website in the 21st century is an absolute necessary for all businesses, large or small. So Website Lite was born, with...

Priors Lettings are a small Chichester based Lettings Agent who split their time between Hampshire and West Sussex. Their open philosophy meant their website needed to be accessible, warm and usable. The end result utilises Google Maps to present their currently available properties, an advanced search bar enabling users to retrieve tailored search results and a secure log-in area where Priors Lettings can give their registered users access to legal documents. Presenting up to 30 images of a property on each page as well as a lot of written content, the main challenge was designing an interface that would...
